For safety cats should arrive in a suitable carrier and dogs on a fixed lead.

Owners warrant that any pet(s) left for boarding are Fit, Sound and Healthy (or that the kennels are aware of any existing condition) and furthermore authorise kennel management to contact the  appropriate veterinary practice regarding existing medical conditions or to confirm vaccination  details.

Owners accept that in the event of any actual , or suspected injury or illness (in the opinion of  Kennel Management) the services of a qualified veterinary  surgeon may be sought. 

PET PLAN INSURANCE: Whilst your pet stays with us it will be insured with Pet Plan insurance. A charge of £2.50 per week or part thereof will be added to your boarding bill for this service. This is for your, and our, peace of mind and covers vet costs whilst your pet is in our care

Dog owners must confirm that pets have been inoculated against Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptosprosis  prior to commencement of boarding.

Dog owners must also confirm that the KENNEL COUGH vaccine has also been administered.

Cat owners must confirm that pets have been fully inoculated against Feline Flu & Enteritis prior to  commencement of boarding.

Owners should also ensure that their pets have been wormed before boarding.

IMPORTANT:
Valid veterinary vaccination certificates must be produced for inspection by the management or up to date  vaccination records established prior to any pet being admitted into the kennels, or cattery. 
(Animals without up to date valid Certificates will be refused entry). Management reserve the right to refuse to board any animal that appears or acts in a dangerous manner.

DUE TO THE NUMBER OF UNCLEARED CHEQUES PROCESSED WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY FURTHER CHEQUES.
 

Rates are levied from Arrival Date  up to and inclusive of Departure Date and owners must settle their accounts in full before the return of any pet.

Owners collecting their pets on an earlier date than that booked, Freyaleigh Kennel's reserve the right to charge the full boarding fee.

Freyaleigh Kennels reserve the right to re-home any animal not collected within 28 days of the agreed  collection date unless prior agreement has been reached. (Although every effort will be made to come to a reasonable arrangement prior to taking this action as a last resort.)

Owners will remain liable for full boarding fees up to such time as the animal has been successfully re-homed or collected by its owner.

To reserve kennel or cattery space for your pet you must first either telephone Rebecca or Steve on 01274 816469 with the following information, deliver or E-mail us with the following information :-

1) Your Name, Address & Telephone Number

2) Name, Breed & Age of the pet (s) you need to reserve space for and whether they will share accommodation.

3) Name of veterinary practice that kennels should contact if necessary.

4) Arrival date required.

5) Departure date required.

6) Current vaccination certificate expiry date. Certificate must be made available on arrival date before animals are boarded
