From: Mr & Mrs Russell. Mirfield
We
recently had our cat Ben stay with Steve & Rebecca for a two week period
whilst we were on holiday. The service provided was exceptional, from showing us
around the cattery to fully explaining how he would be looked after. Ben arrived
home very happy, as were we, his owners. Thank you for the wonderful
service and care. We would have no hesitation in recommending the cattery to
all, and will certainly use again in the future.

| Hi this is just a quick note to say thank
you very much for the care and attention that you obviously gave to Bailey
while he stayed with you. It was obvious to both of us that he enjoyed his
stay and it didn't bring back the memories of when he was in rescue. One
quick question though what food was he fed on as he seems to be a lot
better, at the horrible end!, than he was on the ************* that he is
on at the moment. I would like to change him to that and if that does not
last then look to the Burns that you sell. Once again many thanks, I will
certainly be recommending you to any one that requires a Kennel.
Note from Freyaleigh - Bailey is now on Burns

Dear Rebecca & Steve,
Thanks very much for looking after Taz and Fiz while
we were on holiday. Especially the way you handled Fiz's problem. We
will have no hesitation in recommending your Kennel to other dog lovers.
Thanks

Dear Rebecca & Steve,
A big thank you for to all at Freyaleigh. Thank you
for taking such good care of Digby, it was a huge relief to know that
she had really been cared for and that she returned to us well, happy
and in good spirit. You have restored our faith in Kennels. Thank you

Dear Rebecca & Steve,
I would like to voice my appreciation of the best
service, advice and care for our dog's stay at your excellent kennel.
You are a credit to your profession, rest assured we will not search for
another kennel for our dog, as we have found the best there is.
Thankyou.
Dale. P (and Eric the dog).

Thank you very much for showing us around Freyaleigh a couple of weekends ago; it was a relief to at last meet someone who has the same thoughts about which priorities should come first when boarding the four legged members of the family and who appreciates that every dog is an individual with different requirements.
We wish you well with the kennel refurbishment ... it will certainly be worth it in the end as you already offer the best care we have come across in West Yorkshire and the new facilities will enhance that further.

Just a quick note to thank you for taking good care of Oscar. Thanks to Freya and Leigh also! I also forgot to pass on my thanks to the dog groomer so would you kindly pass these on for me. He is looking very handsome!
May I wish you every success with your venture. We will recommend you to anyone who asks, whenever we have the opportunity.
See you again in August.

Thank you to Freyaleigh for the care you gave my pet recently. We really appreciated the professional way she was treated and your obvious concern for an elderly cat was touching.
Thank you for your help. We are pleased to recommend Freyaleigh Kennels and Cattery.

Dear Steve and Rebecca,
Thank you for looking after our cat from the 4th to the 12th of October.
We had a wonderful holiday in Germany and Suzuki was well looked after by you in Clayton.
She was so happy to see us again when we collected her from your kennels and cattery.
She has settled into her normal routine again at home, and we will be
happy to leave her in your capable hands when we are going on holiday
again.
Many thanks.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say a
big thank you to Steve & Rebecca at Freyaleigh for the way in which they
took care of my Japanese Akita Poppy while I was away on holiday it was really
nice not having to worry about her and knowing that she was in good hands helped
me to relax. On the few occasions that Poppy has been to Freyaleigh she has
really enjoyed herself and it has been like her own holiday so once again thank
you very much and we will see you again soon.

Our German Shepherd, Toby, is a rescue dog, and spent the first 5 years of
his life being badly mis-treated. He was extremely malnourished when we
obatained him and you could clearly see all his ribcage underneath his
matted and dull coat. German Shepherds at the best of times have troublesome
stomachs to say the least, but with Toby being so badly malnourished, his
stomach was 'shot to ribbons'. Indeed the vet even advised us to put him
down. However with patience and perseverance he slowly gained weight and
strength. However every food that we tried he quickly went off after a
month, and at very regular intervals he had stomach troubles with bouts of
sickness and diahorea, which caused his weight to yo-yo up and down. Steve
and Rebecca at Freyaleigh recommended Burns, and Toby has been on Burns Lamb
and Rice for about 6 months now. The change has been overwhelming. He no
longer has his regular bouts of stomach troubles, has gained weight and kept
it, and relishes dinner times, never refusing to eat what is offered. His
coat has recovered its shine, and overall he is a totally different animal.
We can only attribute much of this to the Burns diet, and gladly recommend
Burns to anybody.

Dear Rebecca & Steve,
II just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both
for firstly introducing me to Burns dog food. Both of my dogs are so
much more happy and healthy since we began feeding Burns, not only do we
have fewer health problems but they are also much calmer than they used
to be, which can only be a good thing! We also wanted to say thank you
for looking after our dogs with the high standard of attention and care
which I have only found at Freyaleigh. As our dogs are much loved
members of our family it is comforting to leave them with you knowing
they will be well looked after and will enjoy their holiday too!
Thanks Sarah x

Dear Rebecca & Steve,
Just a short note of thanks to freyaleigh Kennels,
for introducing our three year old chocolate Labrador to a new feeding
regime. They gave Cadbury the Burns food, with our permission, whilst we
were away for two weeks. On our return from holiday we were both
delighted with the change in Cadbury's behaviour. He seemed a lot calmer
and less excitable. Indeed I was able to brush and comb him without a
struggle. We are so pleased that we have continued to give Cadbury this
dog food.

So go on then, what has happened to Flossy? We
brought in a hyper active border collie, you give her two days of different food
and look what happens.
We have now brought home a calmer easier to handle dog.
Seriously though, we have had Flossy back for a few
hours now and she is almost like a different dog. I hope that it is the new food
and that it continues, because she is definitely a much calmer dog.
We will keep you posted as to how she progresses,
but up to now she is a much different dog.
